TwitJump is an app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch that lets you optimize your Twitter experience and seamlessly manage your account.
A lot of social networking apps today offer the ability to log into several different sites and update all of them at once. TwitJump, on the other hand, focuses entirely on giving users a comprehensive and useful mobile Twitter client. By focusing solely on Twitter, TwitJump creators claim you get a better overall experience in the long run.
To some extent, that's true. Much like other Twitter apps, TwitJump makes it easy to check your account, retweet others' tweets, and reply to Twitter followers. The app even has a built-in feature that uses your current location to find other Twitter users nearby for you to follow. This is particularly helpful if you're trying to up your follower count by choosing people with similar interests to you (or at least locations). The map search function even pinpoints approximately where each other Twitter user is in comparison to you.
Unfortunately, that TwitJump feature doesn't go far enough in some respects, because part of it doesn't work. TwitJump offers a follow recommendations feature based on keywords you repeatedly use when you tweet. When we tested it, however, it wouldn't load, making the potentially useful feature relatively worthless.
Recommendations aside, TwitJump is great for Twitter users who want to keep their social networking accounts separate.
You're not allowed to share serial numbers, cracks, etc. or link to pages that contain them. If you do, your user account will be deleted, your IP address logged and legal action will be taken.
